In 2025, Young Public Servants (YPS) advanced a clear belief: youth civic power is no longer an untapped potential. It is already a potent force of nation-building. Young people are learning, organizing, and showing up, both online and on the ground, in ways that shape how democracy is practiced.

In this publication, we look into the efforts of young individuals in different arenas, in the election year that had gone by. We do this to record and reflect on the big bang of bright lights in 2022. 

The Taumbayan Project highlights theinnovative practices of young people from different institutions andorganizations, within and outside of government, such as political parties,partylists, CSOs, social movements, social media, among others.
